This is a true dark roast option of our single origin bean from the the southern end of the Minas Gerais state in Brazil. By extending the developmental portion of the roast, our roaster has perfected a dark roast that increases both the body and finish of the coffee. Feels heavy on the tongue and leaves each sip with notes of walnut. Approachable yet complex; excellent for drip and/or espresso.
